Katherine spent a lot of time helping us find our home. We saw many houses and she drove into 3 or 4 different counties in Maryland meeting us so we could look at homes. She was always professional, polite, patient and insightful. She encouraged us even when we were down. Katherine was extremely professional, responsive, and very efficient at her job! I bought I house during COVID when it was a sellers market. Houses were going very fast and there was a lot of competition. She worked very hard to ensure that I got my dream house. We went to go look at houses, she put in an offer, and got it accepted for me - all within 3 days! She made the home buying process very easy for me. She fought for my needs with the sellers and negotiated on my behalf. COVID rules made acquiring a mortgage much more difficult, and we had to move the closing date three times.
